Q: How long will be taken for safety, emission and licensing done?

A: Usually, we need two or three business days.

Q: How to make a deal?

A: Come in, check the car you interest. When you like it, we need $400 to $500 cash deposit to make a deal, written copy on Bill of Sale. Later on, we do safety, emission and transfer, when pickup, we need full balance by either cash or certified cheque.

Q: How to pay?

A: Unfortunately, currently we only accept cash or certified cheque.

Q: I have own plates, can I use for the new one I am purchasing?

A: Sure, only thing you have to do, is to bring your old car ownership with you when you come. If the plates are valid, you just pay $10.00 for transfer. If the plates are not valid, you only save $10 for plates, you still need to bring old ownership with you.

Q: How to claim when the car has problem under the warranty?

A: Your claim is so easy, just call and come, we fix any problem which covered under the warranty.

Q: Do I have any warranty for the car I bought AS IS?

A: Sorry, no.

Q: What's your warranty covered?

A: Our warranty is a one month/1,000km Extensive-Bumper-to-Bumper warranty, one time claim. Cover all the problems which affect your car safely and properly running condition, claim up to $700 without deductible. For example, covers exhaust, brakes, starter, alternator and power/train etc. But doesn't cover such as CD player, cruise control and a/c system etc.
